ENTER THE LOCAL GREAT GARDEN CONTEST

Sponsored by the Shaler Garden Club and Shaler North Hills Library

  

Is gardening your pride and passion?  Do you have a neighbor who has a gorgeous garden?  Why not celebrate these gardens and talent by entering the Shaler Great Local Gardens Contest?  The Shaler Garden Club and Shaler Library want to honor your hard work and creativity.  All in Shaler and surrounding areas are welcome to join this fun, casual contest.

 

It's easy to enter.  Just submit 5 photos of your garden, plus a description of what makes your garden special, by the deadline of July 7, 2024  Are you a flower and vegetable gardener, herbs or containers?  All types of gardens will be considered.  And, we love a good story!  Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 people chosen.  Drop off your entry at the Shaler North Hills Library, 1822 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, PA 15116.  Photos will not be returned.  Winners of the contest will have the opportunity to be a part of the 2025 Great Gardens Tour.  For more information, stop by the library or go to: www.shalerlibrary.org or www.shalergardenclub.com.

 

The winners will be announced on July 23,2024 at 6:30PM at the Shaler North Hills Library during the Shaler Garden Club meeting.
